With experience as wide as being an IT consultant to an IT solutions company, to Providing IT retailing solutions, Milind specialized in providing Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Solutions to clients. As Milind has personally worked on several Affiliate Marketing campaigns, he has great insights as to the working of these services. Milind's current responsibilities include business development and interacting with the increasing number of eAffiliatez partners and resellers. A crucial part of business development is charting out the growth chart for eAffiliatez (including establishing offices around the world, analyzing future growth and predicting the next big money making opportunities in Search). Several of the extremely profitable partnerships and alliances of eAffiliatez are directly credited to Milind. Spent a good 23 years in sales and marketing and consultative selling to Senior Management level at fortune 1000 firms: software and e-learning services (Burroughs corp.; McGraw-hill Inc Advanced systems Div Reliant Industries...The Graphics Co a SMB Marketing Co) Andy is an Expert Relationship Manager with unusually strong skills in building trust, delivering value and creating long-term relationships with customers. Andy has 4 years experience as project manager and internal consulting (reporting to the CIO ) for end user / client software training / technology based Human resources - career path management systems @ Reliant Energy inc. He has managed a budget of $2 Million, and worked with consultants and professional staff recruiters for the IT Dept staff of 475 people. Andy has spent 19 + years (in Houston -4th largest city in USA), focusing on Servicing medium sized business market with their marketing positioning and public relations needs with point of sale graphics and trades show display posters; designing corporate brochures; printing full color brochures and marketing materials and product and executive photography services along with some web design services. He has assisting early stage technology firms in venture capital raising, market positioning and business development strategies.

M. Prasanna As Chief Operating Officer, M. Prasanna is responsible for the planning, execution and day-to-day management at eAffiliatez. His past experience of research project at BARC has helped him to master the key responsibilities of research, development and implementing new strategies of the ongoing projects. Apart from planning and research, Prasanna is responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day affairs carried out at eAffiliatez.
